I just wanted to take a moment and let you know what a blessing you have in your employee, Juan. I don't know if you have ever experienced this before or not, but I went through the mortgage app with probably three other companies before I started with yours. Once you do something on line you wind up with continuous emails with companies trying to help. After I was shot down the third time, I just was forgetting it. As emails came in I would just delete them. For some reason when I received Juan's I replied. I truly have no idea why, nor did I expect a positive outcome. He has been the kindest individual to work with. As soon as he would find out we needed something he would shoot me an email and we would solve that issue. I can't say enough about him, other than the fact that I feel like I have known him for years. I just want you to realize, which I am sure you do what a special employee he is.
